These terms apply to your use of this website and to the subscription service we provide. Please read them before sending an order request.

What this website does
This website presents our subscription plans and lets you send an order request. It does not process payments. When you submit the form, you are asking us to contact you with a payment link — you are not yet buying anything and nothing is charged.
A contract between us is formed only when you complete payment through the link a support agent sends you, and we confirm your activation.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
- You must provide accurate contact details. We cannot deliver your payment link or activation details if your email address or number is wrong.
- You are responsible for complying with the laws and licensing requirements that apply where you live.
Plans, prices and duration
Plan prices are shown in US dollars on this website and are charged once, in advance, for the full period stated on the plan. The price you are quoted in your payment link is the price you pay.
We may change our prices at any time. A change never affects a subscription you have already paid for.
Subscriptions do not renew automatically. When your period ends, you decide whether to order again.
The 24-hour free trial
We offer a free trial that runs for 24 hours from the moment we activate it. It is provided so you can evaluate the service before ordering.
A trial is limited to one per person or household, and we may decline or end a trial request that appears to be a repeat, that is used for resale, redistribution or public showing, or that breaches these terms in any other way.
No payment details are collected for a trial, nothing is charged, and a trial never converts into a paid subscription. When the 24 hours end, access simply stops unless you choose a plan yourself.
A trial is offered as-is. The refund guarantee does not apply to it, because nothing has been paid.
What we promise, and what we do not
We work to provide a smooth and reliable viewing experience on optimised infrastructure, with fast activation assistance and support available around the clock.
We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free viewing. Availability, channel line-ups, on-demand titles and picture quality depend on the source, your device, your region, your Internet connection and applicable distribution rights, and they change over time. Any figure or catalogue size shown on this website is indicative and may change.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your access details private. Do not share, resell or publish them.
- Use the service for private, personal viewing only, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
- Do not attempt to redistribute, rebroadcast, record for redistribution, or circumvent any technical measure.
- Do not use the service for anything unlawful.
We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, where these responsibilities are seriously or repeatedly broken.
Support
Support is available through WhatsApp, email at contact@subscriptioniptv.tv and Telegram. We aim to respond as quickly as possible, but response and activation times vary with demand and with how quickly a payment is confirmed.
Refunds
Eligible customers may request a refund within 30 days, subject to the conditions set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription period in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of an event you intended to watch.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end the service if we are required to by law, if the upstream supply is withdrawn, or if these terms are seriously breached. Where we end a subscription for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused portion.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
