Content Rights

This page sets out our position on content, rights holders and trademarks, and how to reach us if you believe something we provide infringes your rights.

Last updated: 5 September 2026

No third-party branding on this website

We do not display the names, logos, wordmarks, posters, artwork or icons of any channel, platform, studio, application, device manufacturer, team, league or competition. Nothing on this website should be read as a claim of partnership, endorsement, affiliation or authorisation by any third party.

All branding, illustrations and icons on this website were created for SubscriptionIPTV.tv.

Our responsibility for content

Content delivered through the service is provided subject to availability and to the distribution rights that apply to it. We only offer content for which the necessary licences, permissions or distribution rights are held, and we require the same of our suppliers.

Removing a third-party logo from a website does not make a service lawful. We take that seriously: where we cannot evidence the right to distribute something, it does not belong in our offer.

Your responsibility as a customer

  • Use the service for private, personal viewing only.
  • Do not record, redistribute, rebroadcast or publicly perform content.
  • Do not share or resell your access details.
  • Comply with the laws and licensing requirements that apply where you live.

Trademarks

Any third-party name that appears anywhere in our support conversations is used only to describe a device or a piece of software you already own, for the purpose of helping you set it up. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners, and such use implies no association.

Rights holders: how to contact us

If you are a rights holder, or act for one, and you believe content we provide infringes your rights, email contact@subscriptioniptv.tv with "Rights notice" in the subject line. Please include:

  • Your name and the rights holder you represent, with your authority to act.
  • A precise identification of the content concerned.
  • A description of the rights you hold in it and the territory concerned.
  • Your contact details.

We review every notice we receive promptly, and we remove content where a valid notice is made out. We will confirm to you in writing what action we have taken.

Reporting a concern as a customer

If you notice anything in the service that looks like it should not be there, tell us. We would rather hear it from you than not hear it at all.
